Life Coaching Terms of Service

Income Taxes: 
Life coaching in the US is often tax-deductible if it improves work- related and professional skills. Speak with a tax advisor for more information. 

Payments: 
All fees are due in advance. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All payments are due prior to sessions. If you cannot afford fees, we offer financing via Paypal Credit. Approval is subject to credit rating. Fees and services are subject to change without notice. In some financial cases, a sliding scale fee may be provided.  

Cancellation and Refund Policy: 
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for 100% refund on unused sessions. Sessions not cancelled within 24 hours of session time will be billed at the full session rate. In a rare event that coach becomes unavailable, session fee will be transferred to next appointment.  

Missed sessions: 
Your coach will call you at the agreed time for coaching session. If phone goes to voice mail, coach will leave a message. Client has 5 minutes to return call or session will be forfeited. Missed session will be billed at full rate. However, depending on the reason of missed session, client may be able to reschedule. It is the responsibility of the client to reschedule.  

Confidentiality:
We abide by the International Coach Federation (ICF)  and maintain professionalism at all times. Client's information is never shared unless client threatens to hurt self or others, then we are bounded by law to report. Private information might be shared in the rear circumstances of being subpoenaed. Also this company and workers render the right to protect self if anyone publicly makes malice and false allegations.

The client is ultimately responsible for decisions and actions.
